The 2019 Melbourne NKBA Conference is only a few short weeks away and we cannot wait. But before those bags are packed and we all jet away to beautiful Melbourne, there are a couple of things we wanted you to know.
Registration for Décor + Design in Melbourne.
This show is an absolute must attend for anyone who loves interiors. Registration is free, but you must register online prior to the event to gain entry. To register simply follow the link below. You do not need a company ABN number. When you register, make sure to select New Zealand as your country, this ensures the ABN is no longer a requirement. Register Here.
On the 5 July, NKBA members will receive a link to a dropbox folder which includes all the details and images of entries to the NKBA Excellence in Design Awards. This is your opportunity to take a look and judge the entries for yourself before you are asked to vote at conference. We are giving you this time now, prior to conference, as there will only be a short 25-minute window to vote on the day. NKBA designer members attending conference are eligible to vote. However please note, there is only one vote allowed per designer membership so if there are a few of you attending you will need to confer with your team.
Suzie and Rachael will be registering conference attendees between 7am and 8.15am on Friday 19 July. They will be located at the Crown Conference Hall Foyer. Be prompt. We can’t wait to get the day started with a bang.
Tickets to conference and other NKBA events. Some of you have asked when tickets will be sent out. There are no tickets. If you have signed up and paid for conference, your name has been registered, all you need to do is turn up.
Walking Tour. The walking tour on Saturday is going to be fabulous, but there is a chance it could be cold or wet. Please bring an umbrella, warm coat and walking shoes so you can enjoy the experience.
Friday 19 July evening event at Sky Bar 28. This event is kindly being hosted by St Michel and it is going to be a great night. Please note that a light meal will be provided and that it is a cash bar.
