DNKBA Student & Designer Day hosted by Resene, Miele and Schneider Electric (Christchurch)
Calling all South Island NKBA Students and Designers - join DNKBA for a day of education and inspiration!
At 9am we’ll meet for breakfast at the brand-new Miele Experience Centre in Christchurch (2 Cathedral Square) for a delicious Miele Culinary Experience and appliance presentation.
Next, we’ll take a fun and educational Urban Art Tour around the city centre to learn about the fascinating emergence of street art in central Christchurch with the team at ‘Watch This Space’.
Our bus will pick us up after the tour and take us for lunch followed by a presentation from the experts at PDL by Schneider Electrical on the latest in electrical design and smart home technology. See how well-planned electric home design can enhance your clients’ projects and future proof their homes. Lyndsay & Amy will take you through all the latest products in their showroom suite and provide a demonstration of their Visionspec Electrical Planning software that is available for use for your client projects.
We’ll then travel to Resene for inspirational talks from experienced NKBA designers, followed by afternoon tea and a hands-on colour painting workshop. Hosted by Resene colour experts, your hosts will teach you both hands on and technical skills to use colour and special effects in both your own and your clients’ homes.
The bus will take us back to the city centre around 5pm where you can join us for an optional dinner (at your expense) at Kaiser Brew Garden in Riverside Market.
Join us for an event not to be missed!
Tickets are only $40+GST per person and strictly limited so don’t delay, register by Wednesday 23 August! When registering, please indicate any dietary requirements and let us know if you'd like to attend the dinner.
You will receive 2 CPD points for attending this event.
