2025 NKBA AGM

The purpose of this meeting is to:

1. discuss the updated Constitution (circulated via email)
2. present to members the Annual Report of the NKBA
3. present to members the financial accounts for the 2024 year.

The current Executive Board remains in situ.

Please send the following information to info@nkba.org.nz by 5pm on Wednesday 11 June 2025:

• Any remits or special business to table at the AGM (this will be circulated to members prior to the meeting)
• Nominations for the Fellows of NKBA NZ Industry Recognition status.
• Nominations for Life Membership
