We are looking for a Senior Kitchen Designer to join our collaborative team – someone who brings not only technical skill but also vision, creativity, and the ability to inspire clients with exceptional design solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with discerning clients, architects, and our production team to deliver refined, high-quality kitchens and joinery.
• Conduct on-site visits and translate client aspirations into functional, elegant, and enduring designs.
• Create innovative concepts, detailed drawings, and compelling presentations for kitchens typically $50K+.
• Prepare accurate documentation, specifications, and quotes that balance design integrity with practicality.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and technologies while engaging with NKBA and other design networks.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years’ experience in kitchen design (mid to high-end projects) and estimating.
• A standout portfolio showcasing sophisticated, detail-driven designs.
• Proven expertise in CAD/design software, with the ability to adapt to new tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of cabinetry, fittings, finishes, and NZ supplier products.
• Excellent communication skills to confidently lead clients through the design journey.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• A collaborative spirit paired with the confidence to take ownership of your work.
• Full NZ Driver’s Licence.
