The Opportunity

We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant with design experience to join our Auckland team.

You’ll be the welcoming face of Häfele, helping customers (homeowners, designers, and trade professionals) with product advice, quotes, and design solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist customers in our showroom

• Use your design knowledge to provide tailored advice and product solutions

• Work from customer plans/drawings and prepare quotes/specifications

• Support customer service with orders and enquiries

• Keep displays, brochures, and showroom resources up to date

• Assist with events and design support

What We’re Looking For

• Previous design experience (interior, kitchen, or related field)

• Strong people skills with a professional, helpful attitude

• Good attention to detail and organisation skills

• Confident with computers and data entry
