Hafele (Auckland) Customer Service Representative - Mandarin speaking

Häfele NZ Ltd is a third-generation German company and a global leader in furniture fittings, architectural hardware, and electronic locking systems. We’re the name behind the functionality in kitchens, wardrobes, and cabinetry across the world.

We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our East Tamaki Head Office in a full-time, permanent role. This is not your average customer service position — we’re looking for someone who can understand and support technical product enquiries, ideally with experience in the kitchen, cabinetry, or hardware industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing technical support and product advice to customers (phone & email)

• Assisting Mandarin-speaking customers, so fluency in Mandarin is essential

• Processing orders and managing customer queries using SAP

• Liaising with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics) to ensure smooth service delivery

• Helping customers find the right solution — not just the right product

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in the kitchen, cabinetry, or hardware industry (essential)

• Strong technical aptitude — you enjoy solving problems and understanding how things work

• Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role

• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• SAP experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
