And how do they affect our mental health? Jehan Casinader, one of New Zealand’s top journalists, has wrestled with these questions. While reporting on the Christchurch terror attack or filming in Hollywood, he was hiding a dark secret: a crippling battle with depression and suicidality. In this fresh and uplifting session, Jehan will explain how "rewriting" his story saved his life. He will teach you how to become the "author" of you own story, and use it to find hope in difficult times. Room: Cordis Auckland - Great Room 1 & 2 |
